Our guests can expect to see seals, sea otters and fox, as they are a very common sightings. On rare occasions, our guests may see wolves, wolverine, porcupine, moose and lynx on land, and whales, orcas and sea lions in the ocean.

Avian species, including puffins, ducks, geese, kittiwakes and shorebirds are also very common sightings, as well as bald eagles. There are 8 eagle nests in Kukak Bay where the lodge is located, although not all of the nests are in use each year.
